Alright I recreated the 0 pop bug at the start of the 1700 AD scenario. Kopenhagen is set to be razed, a Great Artist and Great Statesman are placed inside for you to experiment with. Works just as previously described in the General Discussion thread.
Here is something fun for you to try. If you order a city razed but then have a Great Artist create a great work the city will be instantly set to 0 pop and not be razed.
If you instead use a Great Statesman to resolve a crisis(negating anarchy and unrest in all cities) the city will also be...
Interesting. My current Korea game has Byzantium living uninterrupted into the 1800s as well, but they're called Despotate of Morea, not Eyalet of Rum. Guess that one is the dynamic name when they capitulate to the Ottomans.
I'm more surprised by the huge number of living civs you got there...
There seems to be some issues with the evaluation of resource trade. I saw it multiple times that a trade is refused(say, copper for wine), but when I then offer copper and ask what they would give me for this they offer the same deal.
