    Modders Guide to Civilization V

    I'm trying to get some UI mods going, but I can't even seem to get the basics of that clock example working. Would you mind posting a completed version of a mod that just does that so I can see what I'm doing wrong in the setup? There aren't any errors in the logs as far as I can tell. :-(
