    [MOD] Fall from Heaven II

    When I select the "No Settlers" option in custom game, everyone is allowed to build settlers as they would normally. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, so can someone tell me what it is?

    SuperCiv mod: addition of different civilizations

    What about adding the Elves and Lovecraft civs? I'd love to see the Great Old Ones throw down with the Turks just once before I die.
