here the thread when i said that i had problems with installing civilization iv. zydor told me that i need to return it.

it never had a price tag on it in the first place. besides, it's against best buy's policy to return or exchange a game without a receipt. would it be possible to mail the cds to the publisher and get a replacement?

i tried to install civ4. everything was going fine until i had to swap the first disc with the second disc. when i swapped discs and click ok, it gave me an error that said something like "feature transfer error. error: catastrophic" and then it exited without installing. i tried installing civ4...
