Barbs start vanilla and become less likely to spawn and to aggress cities each era. Reason for creating this is that even on standard or smaller maps barbarians were too much of a factor past early game for my liking.

2nded on the Research Agreements. Went from Medieval to space with 1 turn techs. I tend to play with a lot of civs [16 or so on a standard map]. I like the invention policy, but maybe moving it down the tree or at least doubling price for agreements would help.

Same versions, same issue. Not sure about policy selection having any effect though. After going back to main menu, the MOD button is non responsive. Terrain tooltips just seem buggy; I can get them to come back on. I thought it might be IGE.
