How long does it take before a game is inserted in the HOF?

Sorry if this sounds a bit sarcastic but ... if you have to destroy another civ's appolo wonder ... you have a lousy strategy .

Happiness is indeed directly related to the number of cities you have. In Despotism I believe you get a penalty from 6 cities up. In monarchy the penalty starts from 12 cities. I don't know the numbers exaclty, so correct if they are wrong.
