Putting aside the pros and cons of allowing technology trading, can someone tell me if there is a way to allow it in Civ 3 Conquests? I've tried to find a way to enable it through the Scenario Editor but didn't see a way to do it from there and haven't been able to google an answer...
Is there a parameter I can change somewhere to unlock alliances?
I want to be able to conquer, traipse through, etc, any piece of land that I choose and not be limited by any alliances that are pre-set.
I didn't see an option for it in the ini file though. :confused:

While it's true that performance can cap off at a certain point, I hope at least that my efforts pay off in terms of Civ and RFC. :)

MP doesn't seem to have its own "Always Wait at End of Turn" option but I did make sure it was unchecked in the main options screen.
And I'll try setting the Turn Timer to "None" (we had been using Fastest)...
