In Tuner it refreshed the city banner to display the new population just fine but when executed from the mod as able it dose add population just dose not show it until next turn or if you complete production on the city
Im trying to refresh the city banner after population change as it only refreshes after next turn or city production complete. Has anyone got any tips or a way off forcing a refresh on the city banner ?

At first i did think off the lag but when i got gold faith and city population to work i just assumed it must be something else as these communicated fine between the gameplay script and the UI lua.
Im missing something or its how im doing it i this thats a major issue. Still rather new to .lua...

Im trying to add a custom End turn blocker much like the "Fill Policy Cards" one to remind you to change your policy cards. Can someone point me in the right direction as ive been trying to get it to work using the Encampment in range as a ref.

Ive been using a mod for Civ V - ( enhanced user interface mod ) and it has a feature where when you select a settler their is an overlay showing you the Max city boundaries (3 tiles in every direction).
