    destroying cities

    Greetz to civ comunity ;) can anyone tell me please if it's possible to destroy a city ? for example i capture some city and sell all the buildings. now i don't need it nor want someone else to cupture it(and steal my inventions/etc.). Can i destory city completely ? 10x peace
