I have no problems yet. I started to play with an old laptop that had a Gforce 7400 GO and it would crash sometimes. Now I'm playing on an desktop that has a ATI 4200HD and the game runs great. There a little lag but no crashes. I have all the options on MED res.

I think if you keep finding ruins with that unit it keeps upgrading.

I'm having a blast with this game. There is so much more strategy involved. I love the new combat. Over all I'm having a great time with this one. I would explain more but I have to get back to work.

You would want to upgrade older units anyway so you can keep there promotions. It would be better than making new ones that are not as high lvl.

You can liberate a city that has been taken over by someone else. So technically there is a liberate option.

You could use that to your advantage. Having the enemy fire at someone else can be a big help.

That's a good point I never thought to use my calv/tanks just to move them in for the flanking bonus.
