Probably because he's not having any problems. ;) I've spent $100 in RAM upgrades, $100 in a new video card and $40 for a new power supply, which comes to $290 if you include the game. My wife thinks I'm nuts! I can kind of justify it since all of the parts can easily go to a new computer...

I had a similar set up with an Athlon 2.08 MHz processor, 512 RAM, and a integrated GeForce 440MX 64 MB graphics card. My first upgrade was the RAM. I bought 2 512 sticks to give me a Gig (only 2 RAM slots and the BIOS would only handle a Gig). Instead of crashing hourly, the game crashed...

I have a sneaky question along these lines. If you convert one of those Southern leaders to your religion, then try to convert the other one to a different religion, would it be easier to goad them into war with each other? :D

I have a GeForce 4 MX. Besides wonders movies crashing the game, the only video problem that I've had is that the rivers turn up a neon green if I have not explored that area yet.
