What are the advantages and disadvantages of moving the Palace to a more centrally located city? Am I losing anything? What happens to palace-specific buildings? Thanks!

My first post. Just a hello. I've been playing Civ (been addicted to actually) since CivI for Dos. I'm currently enjoying Rhye's mod, because I love the historicval feel. If I ever decide tyo dabble in design, it would be to develop the Draka (S.M.Stirling) for that mod. Peace. Steve
