Hey ITcore,I see someone need Chinese translation with this nice mod on steam,i made a one for you,would you update it next time:)

I test it today and found something bug as the picture I show,the Industrial District and Campus District buildings appear on other District ,it looks strange and have you seen it before ITcore?
