I reinstalled BTS, but it is still the same problem. I realy don`t know what I do wrong. Is it possible that an other mod blockade the update?

I put the div_woc and the div_woc100c in BTS/mods then I load div_woc. next I go to custom scenario and on carter earth 18 civs and then I click on ok. Now the game is frozen, but when I go out of the game there is a fail allert looking like this: Assert Failed File: .\CvGlobals.cpp Line...
