when i open it i get a whole list of programs. i mean it like my whole computer compes up. Which file am i specifcly looking for?

It dosent work. When i go under it. it already says i have 1.74 and i try to install BtS i get the same error messgae.

I have Civ 4 Gold and its not letting me install BtS becuase it cant download a patch. I was wondering if i should take BtS and get my money back or can i install it? :dunno:
