I think you will find the bottom ones are suggestions of what you can build to further improve your culture output. Does the same on happiness and healthiness.

Cant load save games (and thus out of syncs) on beta 1, havent had a chance to try beta 2 as yet.

Ahh ok, my bad. Let me know if you can reconnect after any OOS, my friend and i used to play every other night for 3-5 hours but we have given up for the moment, partly due to people going back to uni etc but mainly due to the inability to restart saved/oos games.

Try turning off everything barb related. I've never had a game with barbs that didnt loose sync at some point, usually fairly early on, then continue to go out of sync during the game.

I have the same problem and dont play with any of the religion options turned on.

AnD Beta 1.75 works well in multi for my friend and I with 1 exception, we cant resume saved games (person connecting gets one of two errors, failed to uncompress game data or a runtime error) The person hosting can reload the save fine, but anyone connecting gets that error. Also means that...
