Hmmm, I never thought monty could be that psychotic. I liked monty back in civIII because of his UU, the 2 movement jaguar (replaces warrior) which enables me to make really early (and successful) wars. He was dabomb back then. But now.... He's just an aggressive psychotic. =(

How much gold does having vassals cost?

I like waging war, so I should at least always have the pentagon and westpoint. ^_^ and perhaps the red cross.

^_^ I never thought about culture bombs, sounds nice and useful. So I guess I'll have to start making use of GP for techs.

I usually don't trust ANY of my neighbors. I'd just make a pile of units in cities near borders just in case. Enemies declaring war on me is actually kinda fun since you usually have the advantage, unless of course, you were ready for it. ^_^ I like demanding tribute from them too, though the...

I would usually just bomb enemy units garrisoned in enemy cities and spray them with my tanks. It's so effective that I would'nt even need to destroy the city's defenses.

I usually hesitate to use them. Though I would mostly waste my GG as an instructor and the GE for rushing wonders, the rest would just pile up on my capital. How do you guys effectively use each of them?
