I'm sorry to dumb question but is it necessary for ownership of a natural wonder it be within the workable tiles? A city boundary expands beyond that at some point, so I wondering if it is within the city boundary does that count? Or only in three hex workable area?

I've been using worldbuilder for a while, and I have the Play Your Custom Maps mod from kantorr which has worked great. I guess there was some kind of change in an update, because now there is the "advanced mode" in worldbuilder, and whenver I save it creates "untitled map mod" in my mod list...
It is very strange, but in both the tutorial video and this thread, the one thing that isn't explained step by step seems like the most important part of all.
