I am trading with other Civilization my contacts for theirs however, I get contact with the new people, but how do I actually talk with them :sad: they are not in my foreign advisor section as far as I can tell

the one thing I wonder is, how is it you actually get the technology? I have the library built, but nothing happened, how do I choose what tech I want?

I changed from depositism to the Rupublic a little while ago and I had In depositim 38 allowed units I then after switcheing find im losing 54 gold a turn because I have 0 allowed units why is that? how do you get more allowed units?
