Thanks I'll check it out and no I wasn't planning on making an eternal war just the last game played no one went to war at all I just won a cultural victory so I want to try against more aggressive leaders. I set it up on the world builder gave my self my own continent and we'll see how it goes.
Oh shoot i almost forgot two more questions. What happens after researchimg the last tech? It just keeps going adding +1 happiness and +1 health to all cities is that correct? Also if you continue to defie UN on nuke sanctions is the -1 happiness because the world looks at as as evil cumulative...

So it's possible to send a worker to build improvements in the surrounding land around a city then go into city view and not have enough citizens or circles to get the benefit of all these improvements so I'll have to choose which ones are the best until I get more citizens or workers right...
