    Pie's Ancient Europe

Hi, I'm creating a personal custom map based on Eurasia, with more Civs. I changed some plots (OK) and some initial starting position of civs (lower egypt, etruscan). But everytime i start a new game somehow the warrios reverts to the original starting positions instead of the new one. How do I...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

Hi evrybody! coming back to PAEm playing Europe XXXL 52civs map as Egypt. It's great, but I see many civs don't have acess to Copper / Tin and so Bronze. Is it wanted? Being stuck with Axewarrior and Spearman until Iron Age is pretty boring.

Thx PIE for the support, too busy playing for answer you! Great MOD as it always had be. Some question I care to share with you: - cultivable resources spreads: I don't get why sometimes I can spread them and sometimes other cities are blocked - regrading resource spreading. I noticed playing...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

Hi PAE, I'm back to CIV4 and PAE mod after several years. I just reinstalled BTS and PAEV. I don't remeber how to play with 40 civs, at the moment I'm capped at 18 max.

    Pie's Ancient Europe

I play with the 40-civs-dll. I already added Hebrew, Athens Thebes and Sparta instead of the Greek (very crowded Greece), split Egypt in two (upper and lower). I know that land was scarcely inhabitated, but as it is Bactrians and Indian doesn't interact with the the western Civs. It's kind of...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

I'm playing a game as Persian in the Orient scenario. It's great, but I noticed that there is a lot of unoccupied space between Persia/Parthia and Bactria/India. So I decided to add 1 or 2 more Civs in this space, that is modern days Afghanistan and south Pakistan. I'm open to suggestion...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

EDIT: Now it all works! I loaded the map, moved again the misplaced units, saved and reload again. This time it worked.:) You're partially right. Cities are not moved, nor units are added. But existent units (i placed 2 warrior and a city per Civ) are moved according to the script. Maybe I...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

Hi everyone! I'm creating my own maps with 40 civs, starting from the EuropeXL map and Thorgal's Eurasia map. When I load my custom map, all the units are moved to the scripted initial position, even if I moved them before. This is a problem for me, how can I disable the scripted original...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

Thanks. I knew where was some line to delete, but I wasn't able to find it:king: I took the LargeEurope map and put on 40Civs with multiple Gauls, Celts, Iberians and Germanic tribes as well as 3 greek (greek, minoan, trojan) civs. I upload it here if someone wants to play it or just gives...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

I've a minor problem. I modified via WorldBuilder the EuropeXL map, putting the cities where I want, giving some other units at the beginning, some geography changes, ect. The problem is that when I play my custom scenario all the civs' units are not where I put them during the creation...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

I really like the EuropeXL map, but I always found it "empty". Now with the .ddl that support 40 civs I can make a EuropeXL scenario with 3 Gauls , 3 Germans, Iberians, East Europe civs with different leaders. The only drawback is that doing this I will not be able to change leaders when I...

    Pie's Ancient Europe

I have a question. I selected custom scenario EuropeXL and put in some civs. I started the game and used the WorldBuilder to make some changes (i just placed the initial cities where i wanted) and saved it. Now I can play my modified EuropeXL, but now I don't have the choice about the Leader...
