    Humm...I read from a couple of FAGs that the ability to 'abandon' a city by simply right click and choose was added after patch 1.21f. "There are two ways. The NEW way: Right click on a city and choose "Abandon City" from the menu (requires patch v1.21 or higher). " This is from this forum...
