It seems like an issue that should be an easy fix... I've searched multiple forums and can't find anything matching this issue. I use around 10 mods. I've noticed that when I start a game with all of them checked, and save the game, I can immediately check the Load Game screen and the mods...

^^ Me as well. The new patch automatically installed this morning, and ever since then all of my mods reinstall upon startup, rendering any saved game using mods useless. I have verified the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still same problem. No issues before the patch. Frustrating
