I haven't had a chance to play the revised mod much but I like what I see.
Slave rebellion is much more realistic with them not turning into elite units ... more of a nuisance than a full-scale disaster.
I enjoy the mod, especially the unique units.
This took some hard work and I appreciate it.
I like the idea of slave rebellions; they add some historical realism.
However, rebellions every other turn where slaves turn into the most cutting edge, trained units make it not worth getting...
Andrew, great mod that captures the wonderful flavor and color of the Civ 3 Shogun-era scenario.
I can only load it going through "My Computer" etc. I can't seem to put up a desktop shortcut.
Regardless, thanks for making my Civ 4 experience much more enjoyable.

I was disappointed Civ 4 did not carry forward a Napoleonic Wars scenario since I loved the Civ 3 version. It captured so well the flavor of the era with the music, colorful uniforms and well-trained elite units.
You seem to have captured that as well...
