In Civ IV Beyond the sword, it says CMD TAB is the shortcut in the hints section, but I have found that ALT TAB works just fine. Especially useful when you want to look at your quests of course.

Every time I enter the LAN game lobby, I get a question asking if I want to download and install patch version 2.13 for Warlords, and every time I say "yes please" the patch does not get installed. Patching regular Civ worked like a charm, and patching Warlords to 2.13 on a PC worked fine...
