It should remove PROMOTION_B when unit achieves PROMOTION_A (Unit has PROMOTION_B at start). Questions:
1. Why doesn't code work?
2. Is it possible to remove PROMOTION_B when unit achieves random 5th promotion?

I recommend you to set only 2 european civilizations, because if you try to play with 3 or more (TAC has 3 by default, RaR - 4, vanilla - 2), you'll get a huge mess near start locations. You are warned. :)
