I unzipped the Mod into my Mod's folder and now RFC1975 shows up in my Mods list under the "Advanced" selection. When I select it, it states that it must restart Civ IV, which it does. When it reloads, I can see it releading the Python etc. for "RFC1975". BUT...when I go to Single Player...
