    Thanks! That seems to have done the trick. O.k., I can't seem to play the "Lord of the Balors" scenario (crashes as soon as I select it), but from what I've seen the mercurian units also work.

    when I play as the lluichurp I have problems with Hunter units. The game seems to be unable to find the unit graphic for the info box, consequently the unit can no longer be promoted etc.

    I'm playing the Ljosalfar in the Barbarian Assault scenario and have cast the worldspell "March of the Trees". Not sure if it's a bug or a feature, but according to 0.34 ffh2 manual the treants are supposed to spawn forests on empty tiles when the spell expires. This isn't happening in my game...
