Can anyone explain the below? I have a city with 14 production, I want to build a Market with base cost 105/current cost 105. It shows I'd need 24 turns for it?!? I havent been able to find any modifier or anything that can explain this. Rush cost is 420, so exactly 4*production cost. Civ6 by...
