Unfortunately nothing appears in the log nor pops up. I thought somebody else has a similar problem. If not, it may be some individual trick of my system or even my comp. But nothing of the kind happens in other mods. Anyway thank you for reply.

Domestic advisor is absent both in versions 1.16 and 1.18. I press F1 or click the symbol on the screen with no success (Windows XP)
