Thanks! I got it. It's just when I tried to select a map I selected those for which these options were not available (fractal, earth). I tried continents now and all of these options were there.
I adore english UUs. But between them, Ship of the line. That is an ultimate force at sea and coast. Two ships were basically enough to bomb a city into a submission. While i had one with two land unit promotions and he completely destroyed riflemen.
I don't have one. I am trying to set up an offline BNW game, with AI, i've chosen random map. And the last entry in advanced options is a starting era. I also don't have stuff like "World age" or "Temperature" but that does not bother me. Maybe i need to load a map? Come to think of it, i don't...
Yep, mods make civ5 into a new game. But funny thing is, after playing with mods for a half a year, i'm back into classic. And even stuff like weak beliefs or policies does not faze me anymore. I find them quirky.
Nearly forgot.The one issue i had is that i was able to build Order special National Wonder "Palace of Science" without Public Sc in all cities. It's working fine, i get additional votes and bonuses.
Also it might been a result of me using building mods (by thecrazyscotsman's, all era specific...
Great mod! It really gives a game a different edge! I also use bunch of other low-level mods like new building and stuff and there haven't been any conflict. AI work okay for me. For example, i just had a Wargames. America and Sweden both rather peaceful players contributed just over 700...
