Yo Bmcaffee Looks like the posted build of radlinker was not the latest... http://www28.brinkster.com/chrisww1942/ Download the 2.033 build and you should see the 3d tab where you will find the vertex shader options. Believe it or not it looks like this has got me up and running...

Yeah, I have one of the T42's and am having the same problem with radlinker. For whatever reason there is no direct X tab available, so changing the pixel shader is just not an option.
