    Coronel_Civ3... I understand now that you want Tiles to Smoke/Burn for at least 1 full turn or more. Even if that could be created, there would also be the problem of stopping it. I believe that is something that, IF possible, will need additions to the Game. Perhaps Flintlock might find a way...

    Coronel_Civ3... The Civ Game is not programed for long animations, especially for Units. That said, probably the best way to get at least a short animation of Fire/Smoke from Artillery Attacks or Bombs would be to Remake the Attacks for them and of those two types of Attacks the Artillery...

    MartinLuther... I believe the included files are all you need. note that the Large and Small images for the Leaderhead Folder are used for each of the leaderhead "normal" images. I tested the Leaderhead in game but let me know if you have any problems or questions. ...and Happy MODDING :)

    As far as I know, the Programing is just for the original names for those ambient sounds.... that is why people simply add different ambient sounds by using the same original names. Not sure anyone knows where the Programming has those sounds or if a Programmer could alter it.

    Yes, some people do use different palettes but even the original TerrainBuildings.pcx palette is different so that makes it difficult to make new Graphics unless made for the specific palettes used.

    timerover51... Regarding Tech research rates... if a Civ has many more techs (Not all as important compared to the other Civs) they may need a faster research rate than the other Civs that have fewer techs. Depends on the reason why a faster tech research is given to one or more Civs than...
