Hi, I've been lurking these forums for a while and I enjoy reading the walkthoughs especially. :) However it seems like all the walkthroughs are SE/SSE/WE/FE etc, with maybe one cottaged city for Bureaucracy. CE's are mentioned in passing but I haven't seen a walkthrough for this strategy...
