Hey, I've been trying to fine my opponents SDI using Spy's.. but I've been to every city and I can't find it. I looked at the details and it is a team project.. this made me think that it's not really a wonder and it's impossible to destory? Is that true? Is there no way to get rid of it...

Situation: 2 Human Players, 2 Continents. Both with highest defenses. One team has Oil(planes) and another has Uranium(nukes). It seems like both are trapped in a stalemate, because the team who has planes has the SDI blocking all nukes, and the other team has quite a bit of air defense...
