im running vista x64 and when I start civ4 it will first talk about known compatibility issues and then start loading and then it will say the program has stopped working. (this is before it goes into full screen mode). I haven't tried any patches or anything yet.

Ever since I installed Civ4 when it was released, In the options menu, under the tabs GRAPHICS, SOUND, and OTHER, there are no options. In the Graphics tab, the only words are 'Screen Resolution'. There is no way to change it, just the text. Now, none of this bothered me, I got on and...
