lol i like the senate statement, but i guess thats kinda my point. the people in any position of influence or power have the pandering and people skills to get into those positions, but people with real management skills and potential are playing civ instead of running for the senate.

is "holy war" an actual button, or just a general strategy? does the AI like you better if you have the holy city? as opposed to same religion without the holy city? do other religions hate you more?

when the AI initiates a trade, if you try to milk the deal with a counter offer and the AI rejects it, why does the AI then refuse its original proposal? nothing has changed except that you asked for a better deal. is the AI programmed to be petty?
