Which ruleset are you playing on? After you declare friendship (blue smile) you can't declare war (or be target of war) until it expires... The only exception I can think of is that an Emergency was triggered against you and overruled the friendship And the AI really betrays you in daylight...

I agree with you on being same as Wilhemina's agenda as it is now, but I actually wanted it tied to trade deals from the diplomatic screen instead of trade routes - it would manage to keep the CiV meme while bringing something 'new'. I like Wilhelmina's agenda even though she can be annoying...

Oh, no. I want her agenda to be tied with trade deals... so I guess we'll need to add Elizabeth persona to a 2nd Leader Pass to settle this :p

tbh, the more I think of a Gandhi persona, the more I like it. Didn't know of his role on Ambulance Corps on South Africa [so I went to read the Wiki, ofc] (and the outfit is dope, would be great to see him younger and on uniform), but immediately come to mind this persona be called "Deterrance"...
