Well this is going a bit too far now, at the point where ppl seem to judge what a person iam in RL just because i do not always cover my mood on an online forum (hello), this is the point where i'll just stop and go somewhere else.
I thought i don't always post crap, but who knows maybe you are...
You know what this reminds me of? A bunch of old ladies, holding their hands.
Iam usually a friendly guy, but it happens that i burp something crappy out. Iam not acting as if i wasn't human, lol...but you need a damn wakeup call, hostile? Do you even know what that word means?
The same thing...
Well i disagree, his cities looked good enough to step it up a bit, iam sure he knows that he needs 1 unit to decrease some unhapiness...the point is mistakes are normal. Screw that.
What he needs to learn is to build up under more challenging circumstances, some people start strategy games with...
Right...the city placements actually looks pretty good.
You also built cottages, which means ya already understand the importance of getting commerce.
Now my only really important tip would be: don't play bogus difficulties like chieftain.
My very first game was on monarch, and iam glad about...
lol..so i pointed out that with the "search" function he could have poped up dozens of threads where this is discussed, big deal? Yea i wasn't to friendly, shame on me, i bet you are always in a buttkisser mood. Lucky you =p
Religion early on Deity is not a good idea imo...one advantage you have is if some Civs hate each other coz of it, and if you can pick up one from your neighbour that is better. There is just is no time to waste for that on Deity usually...
hehe...well iam not as good as someone like Kossin, but i won my fair share of Deity games.

And i know i prolly won't finish a game if i go on brainstorming.
"Understanding the...
you guys are simply doing too much maths...havin 2 priests/scientists early in a city is "funny" and not too bad either prolly, that's why i mentioned it.
Making a book of rocket science about it is....boring.

The difference between moving 1 or 2 tiles per turn is so huge, and your assault on poor Roosi is a great example of what fork attacks can do.
I really think it is not a good concept that...
2 hapiness that make it possible to actually use all the GP early?
You also mentioned "growing to size 5, building a monument etc you will have caste by then".
You play a different game than me in this case, because i switch to caste when it makes more sense than slavery, for workshops mainly...
Part of that is Espionage, revolting a city is just a pure nonsense game concept.
As if the military could be disturbed in a real war situation and loose their defense ^^
Wait, the scared but angry guys want their own troops to loose, after all it makes sense :goodjob:
Also the fork attacks...
uh...with a cha leader you can run 4 easy on a food rich city before caste system, or do you plan your games into the slightest detail like i only want a prophet now and no way i don't do caste early?
Not my thing in that case, but gl
