well, how about you play on a map so big u cant even imagine it. and instead of a turn a year, its a turn every instant and without lag. all techs imaginable are discoverable. and the game lasts about a life time... would you play it?
i would actually settle the yellow dot first (maybe u implied that already), u have clams and flood plains for food and those gold mines to power u tech. unless u have a neighbor nearby, which i doubt, there's no need to go after the horse research right-away. science is more important at this...

ummm i disagree. think about it, the differences from civ to civ are mostly due to leader traits and often reflect very little on the actual civilization. i would love to have a game with very different, yet balanced, civilizations. one of the reasons cIV is so much better than its...
hmm alright then. well, i'll tell u what i did: i downloaded the cityset mod, the one with out the wonders. i proceeded to delete all the UB, new civ, and cotton, tobbacco and olive xml files. ran it with vanilla and it worked beautifully. i dont think i've done anything illegal, right...
