If your issue is with opening Modbuddy, then this link might be of use:

You click New Mod on the start page to create a new project; building said project will create a .modinfo.

@Chrisy15 is there a guide on ModBuddy? I opened it for the First time a couple of days ago and I can't seem to get it to write a simple .modinfo file!!! can you Help???
