Make sure you download the latest version. There was lots of stuff I did wrong at first and then would break more stuff. I've played through as Charlamagne and Catherine and it seem like everything works now

Yeah, I downloaded the latest version today. Played through the Ancient Age as Friedrich, worked well! The Folcs were especially fun.
I'm a graphic designer by trade, so I could easily help you with 2D graphics, especially icons and such. Shoot me a DM with the details you need. I'm new to Civ 7 modding, so I don't know the exact specifications of the game

As you saw it's visible in the UI but not very clear. Something similar would be great.

I also attached a sample image from the forum. The icons should be 256x256 with a transparent background.
The Folc and the Suebi also need better icons, and they have the same requirements as the civ icon. The Suebi icon could be like skull in this link.

The Folc i'm not sure, a edelweiss flower maybe. None of these need to be fancy, if it's too much that's fine. (Messages must be less the 420 characters so i've had to send several.

I've finished some graphics, but can't find a way to send you a direct message. Am I missing something? Otherwise we could switch to discord or some other communication platform, might be easier in the long run
