Patch 1.4.1​

Bug Fixes​

  • shell-tempered pottery actually persists correctly through eras.
  • Tech stealing now scales +60 per age, instead of being a flat 60 every age.
  • Russian translations were not being applied as intended.
  • Text fixes to several incorrect tooltips. (Pachacuti still not displaying on tooltip though :()

Stability​

  • Removed Maya changes in favor of Firaxis change.
  • Removed several old memento changes that firaxis ended up implementing the same change (Seal for example).

## Dynamic Timers:
- Fast Dynamic Timer - 15s base - 5s per city - 1s per unit
- Normal Dynamic Timer - 20s Base - 5s per city - 3s per unit

*Note: To enable the turn timers, you have to select dynamic turn from the timer settings, and then choose a advanced timer settings.*

- Cities receive -1 happiness per negative war support (from -3)

- Nagarika base cost 50 production and 20 progression cost (from 60 and 30)
- Purabhettarah base movement 3 (from 2)

### Mississippian
- Revert: Civ Social Policy Shell-Tempered Pottery buildings receive +.5 gold adjacency from resources (from +1)
- Burning Arrow ranged combat 12 @ lvl 1 / 17 @ lvl 2 (from 15 / 20)

### Egypt
- Add new tradition usable in exploration and modern (after playing Egypt in antiquity) for +2 prod to navigable rivers

- Revert: Reduce bonus yield to 75% on natural wonder tiles (from 100%)

### Hatshepsut
- +1 culture / +1 gold from imported resources (from +1 culture)

Isabella
- Fixed an issue where Isabella was not receiving bonus yields from wonders. Tiles should now get the +75% yield.

Pachacuti
- Further increased spawn bias from a score of 20 to 100 to match Egypt's river bias
Note: I'm still figuring out the spawn bias formula, if you notice in most games you aren't getting mountain spawns please let me know.
