Have the Treasure Fleet and Great People been adjusted? I'm using a huge map, and the Treasure Fleet is arriving way too slowly.

Cool idea! Would be great to put the scout sight range bonus into a separate mod, as I'd like to only have the civilian change. Either way, thanks for sharing the mod!

Sure, here's one that should add +2 movement to all civilians, including uniques, and no sight change. https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/faster-civilians.31907/
It doesn't apply to the Jaguar Slayer though, as it has combat strength.
