Background:In the beginning of time, there was a Pict king named Cruithne, son of Cing, son of Luchtai, son of Partolan, son of Agnoin, son of Buain, son of Mais, son of Fathecht, son of Japheth, the son of Noah. He was the first king of the Picts. He had seven sons. The names of Cruithne's seven sons were also equated to the seven provinces of Pictland detailed in an ancient account of Scotland called De Situ Albanie.
