This is a giant Europe-based map including a part of North Africa and the Arabian peninsula and Siberia. The size is 139 tiles (width) x 129 tiles (height).
However...it lacks most of the bonus-resources (except the oil in Middle East), so that's what I will add later...
I added flag-decals (.dds-files) which you have to put in the next folder:
- Civilization IV Complete/Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete/Beyond the Sword/Assets/Art/Interface/Teamcolor/..
...so now you have for example: the Union Jack for the English!
