After the One Year War, the restored Republic of Zeon was allowed to maintain its independence and a defence force, so long as they agreed to follow certain guidelines set by the Earth Federation, including random inspections. In light of this the Republic of Zeon chose to redesign the Chivvay-class from the ground up, culminating in the Chivvay Kai-class heavy cruiser.
The file contains the unit and pcx files. Model is not my own creation. Wyrmshadow helped with the animation files. I merely put the pieces together and cleaned up the model for CivIII and added some what if pieces. A big thanks to everyone that helped out!
