This is the second version of an Excel spreadsheet for city planning. It gives you a chart to assign all the relevant data to the 21 grids in your city, and calculates food, production and commerce yields dependant on the data input.
It's only useful for the early game at the moment as it does not take into account any changes to yields from civics and technology, nor leader traits for that matter, so it's not accurate for financial civs.
