Description
An editor that provides a few gameplay tweaks.
- Removes CD check (v1.0)
- Removes death of all units in a stack when the defender dies (v1.0)
- Options for setting certain terrain types to impassable to ground units, with optional exceptions (v1.2)
- Options for allowing no pollution and global warming (v1.2)

To Use
After launching Civ 2, run this program. Select the options you want, and hit "Apply."
Requirements
Only tested on Civ II MGE 1.3. Works with Civ II Unlimited.
Notes
It is a memory editor, so your anti-virus might get upset with it.
