Reinstalling the game, went to download TAC, and the required patch. which it links here:

The download link leads to a 404 Error for me. Mirror sites lead to dead pages as well.
Has it been moved, or has Steam finally updated to it and it's no longer needed? If so, the TAC Download page should be updated to say so.
